This was one of the most unique watches.Most frequently, I have complaints that a lot of the series have a similar pattern,a problem is established and it gets solved quickly within a few episode or the season’s span.But in this series,the problem arises in the first episode(2% of the population gets vanished) but interestingly the focus is not on them.Its on people who were left behind,their grief and their insanity due to the fact that they are not getting answers.Irrational things that they do to cope up with it and how far they go in achieving these forms the base of the story. Kevin’s death and reincarnation, Nora’s coping mechanisms like shooting with vest, radiation chambers to see the departed people, Laurie joining Guilty Remnant and Tom joining Holy Wayne,Matt believing in Jesus for coping, John trying to break the illusion of Miracle.Show is about all these people searching for answers.Definitely one of the unique watches that makes you think about death,grief,beliefs in very different ways
